16-Year-Old Arrested Erratically Driving with 0.111 Blood Alcohol Level in West Bend

A 16-year-old was arrested after allegedly having a .111% blood alcohol level and erratically driving.

According to West Bend Police, the vehicle was speeding with its headlamps off, failed to stop for stop signs, and lost control, driving over the curb and onto the grass before stopping.

The 16 year old female driver, resident of West Bend, was found to be intoxicated, failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .111% in a PBT and was arrested for OWI and Operator Fleeing/Eluding an Officer.

The female driver was also arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after a marijuana smoking pipe was located in the vehicle.

The female driver was also cited for a Violation of Instructional Permit.
