MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 14-year-old was shot Monday, April 22, by another teenager.
Milwaukee police say it happened just after noon near Atkinson Park.
They say the shooting started as an argument and a 16-year-old boy was arrested.
The 14-year-old was taken to an area hospital with non-fatal injuries.
Officials say criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the coming days.
