12-year-old in critical condition after being hit by truck in Shawano County

GRESHAM, Wis. (WFRV) - A 12-year-old girl is in critical condition after being struck by a truck pulling a boat and trailer in the Village of Gresham on Saturday.
At around 4 p.m., the Stockbridge-Munsee Police Department and the Shawano County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash on Main Street near Pleasant Street. The child was taken to ThedaCare Hospital in Shawano but was later flighted to Green Bay Area Hospital.
According to authorities, the child was crossing Main Street when she was struck by a Chevrolet truck driven by a 27-year-old man. The accident remains under investigation and no charges are currently pending.
