As we honor our veterans this Memorial Day, a Green County, Wisconsin man celebrated a milestone Birthday, 100-years-old.
Charles Kelley served in WWII, he and his brother were on the USS Helena when the ship was torpedoed and sank into the Pacific.
His son believes the two may be some of the last survivors of the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941.
This weekend, Kelley was honored with the VFW's "Quilt of Valor." It's the groups civilian equivalent to a Purple Heart.
