FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The middle of September has almost arrived, so it's time to start preparing the fall event calendar!
Jessica Del Toro, Digital Marketing Assistant with Friends of Wehr Nature Center, joined us on Monday, Sept. 9 to preview two upcoming autumn events set to take place at the Wehr Nature Center.
Cider Sunday is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event, themed "Wehr’s Heritage: 50 Years - Rooted & Growing," will feature live music, a story stroll and an interactive presentation with live animals. Admission is $7 per person, with free entry for children under two and Friends of Wehr members.
Halloween Haunts, running from Thursday, Oct. 17 to Saturday, 19, will transform the woodland into an Enchanted Forest. The event requires advance registration, with tickets priced at $14 per person.
