Tis The Season of Giving...Anyway You Can

This is one of my favorite times of year, for many reasons. For me, I love the fact peoples' hearts tend to get more generous plus they open their wallets a little more. For the second year in a row, I was able to be a celebrity bellringer for The Salvation Army. This year, money's being collected in a different way. If you can't drop any change in the red kettles, you can actually donate online. Just click on this link and go to my name to donate, if you don't mind.

It doesn't matter how much. No one is judging. You give what you can, and you might even feel better instead of just getting more stuff you don't even need. As of Thursday, December 11, donations are down $65,000 compared to this time last year. So whatever you give is better than nothing.

I don't know about you. But when I don't exercise my mind and body, I really feel it. The same goes for volunteering. The need to give back makes me feel more whole than just receiving. For me, it's definitely more impactful.
