Time to Vote!

The day has come to let your voice be heard, and counted! Aside from the Presidential Preference vote, there are many state and local elections as well. Don’t forget that you will need a photo ID to cast your ballot. Don't have a driver's license? Check here to see what are considered acceptable forms of ID for voting.

Need to register? You can do that at your polling place before voting. You will need proof of residency to do so, find out what qualifies here near the bottom of the page.

If you have an absentee ballot, it must be postmarked no later than today, April 5th.

Confused about where to vote? Move recently? All your questions answered here.

If you need a way to get to the polls, Bublr Bikes (Milwaukee's bike share system) is offering FREE rides for anyone who rides on Election Day. The deal is only valid today. Enter the code "1848" at any Bublr Bike station when you pay. The code is good for a free 30-minute ride any time today. But do keep in mind, if you go over 30 minutes, it will cost $3 for each additional 30 minutes.

Lastly, remember to leave your political items like buttons and t-shirts with your favorite candidates at home. Campaign materials are not allowed within 100 feet of the polls.
