Suspect in Laylah Peterson Trial has Last Pre-Trial Hearing

One of the men accused in the homicide of 5-year-old Laylah Petersen in court this morning for a final pre-trial hearing.
Carl Barrett Junior is charged with 1st degree reckless homicide.
Laylah was fatally shot while sitting on her grandfather's lap back in 2014.
Prosecutors said Barrett and 2 others targeted the wrong house with their gunfire.
Barrett has pleaded not guilty.
His trial is set to begin September 26.
