RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Silver Alert for a missing 78-year-old Racine man has been canceled.
Authorities say Cesario Cisneros has been found safe.

RACINE (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a 78-year-old Racine man.
Authorities say Cesario Cisneros was last seen walking his dog near Roe Ave. and Howland Ave. in Racine around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
He was wearing a black sweater, black dress pants and black boots
Cisneros is a Hispanic male, 5'2" with black hair, brown eyes and a medium length beard. He is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He speaks only Spanish and often believes he lives in Chicago.
