BROOKFIELD (CBS 58) --A racquet, ball, and a little distance are you really need to exercise safely these days. Many exercise places, like the Elite Sports Club in West Brookfield, have seen a spike in participation of these sports, including badminton, pickleball, and platform tennis. General manager Mike Sharp says these activities are a good way to get some exercise but also socialize in a healthy environment.
Elite Sports Clubs assures members all the safety protocols are being enforced, including strict sanitizing and mask wearing. Click here to see what Elite has to offer in terms of classes and instruction offered.
