“I think prevention is really key here,” Family medicine Dr. Jennifer Caudle said.
Doctors say it is important to get a flu shot and wash your hands frequently. They also advise people to clean the areas where there are a lot of germs, like keyboards.
Another tip, drink plenty of water.
