OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A brave boy took on the Chief of Police in Oconomowoc Tuesday night.
The dunk tank is just one of the activities put on at National Night Out at the Oconomowoc Community Center.
Police Chief Ron Buerger says this is a great way to get to know people in the community.
"National Night Out is important because it gives neighbors a chance to come together to meet one another and talk," Chief Buerger said. "It also gives them an opportunity to interact with police on more of a friendly basis."
National Night Out is held in all 50 states. 37,000 people participated last year.
