MUSKEGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Muskego's High School football team had some unexpected team bonding Thursday, Oct. 31.
After school, the freshman and JV players jumped in to help clear the stands of snow before Friday's varsity playoff game vs. Mukwonago.
The grounds staff equipped a plow with a PVC pipe to protect their new turf and clear snow off the field.
"We got to get this cleared or this game doesn't happen, we can't defend our title," said Steve Cianciolo, Grounds & Maintenance Operations Manager.
"We asked our kids, and our team is amazing, they just respond," said coach Paul Smith. "We ask if they would shovel and it looks like we have almost all of our entire team out here."
Muskego's playoff game is Friday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m.
