MPS Board approves $500M stimulus plan

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The MPS School Board held a special meeting Thursday night, Oct. 14, to discuss the proposed federal stimulus spending for the district.

The board voted unanimously to pass the $500 million plan.

Superintendent Keith Posley proposed the plan in September to use federal stimulus dollars to help the district rebound and possibly win back families who've left.
