GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58)--Most of us love to wash down our favorite Girl Scout Cookies with a nice glass of cold milk. But what about a dark stout or porter? Nick Marking with The Brass Tap in Greenfield says these are favorites to go with your cookie, especially the chocolate kind. IPAs can work in a pinch too. These are the closing days of the Girl Scout Cookie sales, so you might want to do a pairing sooner than later.
The most popular type of Girl Scout cookies is the Thin Mint. Marking says a rich stout pairs the best with this kind.
