MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police put their resources together to give kids a holiday surprise.
Police at district three pooled their money to buy gifts for kids at Bethune Academy.
The officers bought and wrapped all of the gifts themselves and delivered them for a holiday party at the school on Thursday, Dec. 19.
Bethune Academy says the kids who participated have experienced trauma and were deserving of a special uplift this holiday season.
