MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- AAA is predicting, once again, that places like Florida are the go-to spot for spring breakers. Airport officials at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport are predicting March 23 and March 30 to be the extremely busy travel days.
Officials are asking if you drive and park your car at the airport, to use their parking app, "MKE Smart Park." The app will allow you to make reservations in advance to secure a parking spot.
Airport officials are predicting their parking structure will be at capacity for the next few weeks.
While traveling can be fun, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) says for smoother travel they want you to remember the 3-1-1 rule.
"Three ounces per, one-quart size bag, one bag per passenger," said Jessica Mayle, TSA regional spokesperson.
Airport officials are encouraging travelers to arrive at least two hours before any departing flights.
