Michael Bell Sr. shares thoughts on Ferguson shooting

(CNN) -- CNN talks with Michael Bell about the officer-involved shooting in Ferguson, MO. Bell's son was shot and killed by a Kenosha police officer in 2004.

While the police department cleared the officer in this case, Bell won a settlement from the City of Kenosha for $1.75 million. Bell worked with state lawmakers to pass a law in Wisconsin that mandates all officer-involved deaths be investigated by another independent entity.

In the video below, Bell shares his thoughts on the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, and what changes may help the situation.
