Meat Cutting Challenge

Meat cutters are taking to the ice in Kenosha today for a national competition.

Over a dozen professional meat cutters will compete on the ice in the first round of the meat cutting challenge.

Each participant gets 25 to 30 pounds of beef.

The winner is the person who cuts the most steak with the highest quality in the least amount of time.

Three challengers will move on to the semi-finals.

The event is at the Kenosha Ice Arena, and is open to the public.

Doors open at 9 AM.
