MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Home sales across the greater Milwaukee area increased in June, according to the latest data from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.
Abby Hauke, the 2025 chairperson for the association’s board of directors, joined us Monday, July 21 to discuss the report.
She addressed recent sales figures, the current listing environment and noted generational shifts in homebuying trends. Hauke mentioned that baby boomers now account for 42 percent of all home purchases.
More information on local housing trends can be found by visiting GMAR online.
