Free Health Fair to be held at local high school

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Hispanic Collaborative Network is holding a free Health Fair that will be open to the public on Wednesday, October 11. Free food will be provided and there will be seven local employers who will be taking applications and scheduling interviews at the event as well.

The fair will take place from 4:30 – 7 p.m. and will be held at Waukesha South High School.

Some of the free resources that will be offered include:

· Blood sugar & cholesterol screenings

· Childhood immunizations for those on Medicaid or uninsured

· Diabetic eye screenings

· Heart health and blood pressure screenings

· Lead testing

Waukesha South High School is located at 401 E. Roberta Avenue, in Waukesha.
