KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former student is suing the Kenosha Unified School District.
He says he was bullied for years and no one did anything to stop it. Guadalupe Paredes is now 19 years old.
According to the lawsuit, Paredes is gay and was harassed from third grade on, forcing him to drop out in 11th grade.
