MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A leader in educational innovation believes there is a role for artificial intelligence to be aware of as the new school year approaches, and that role is not one that is exclusively negative.
Mackenzie Price joined us on Monday, Aug. 14 to shed light on several facets of AI in the classroom.
She emphasized how AI can assist teachers in the classroom, expressed concerns regarding the safety of AI for children, discussed methods to prevent students from using AI to cheat and explained how AI can be harnessed to personalize each child's learning experience.
Price, who runs a program for gifted students, also shared her predictions for the future of education with AI integration, emphasizing the importance of understanding the new technology.
