MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- CBS 58 General Manager Anne Brown has been honored as one of Milwaukee's "Women of Influence."
The Milwaukee Business Journal held its annual "Women of Influence" awards at the Baird Center Wednesday, June 18.
The ceremony recognized 25 inspiring women who have driven cultural and managerial success throughout southeast Wisconsin.
This year's motto, "Be the Somebody" was used to inspire young women to break boundaries and strive to make an impact, just as the honorees did.
Here at CBS 58, we celebrate the inclusion of Brown -- who inspires us every day!
"Congratulations to a media leader who is focused on her true talent, helping others become the best versions of themselves and even garnering respect from her competitors," said WTMJ's Susan Kim, who presented Brown's award.
The Milwaukee Business Journal has honored close to 600 influential women over 26 years.
