Brookfield Company has sent over 84,000 Pounds of Supplies in US Troops

Governor Scott Walker helped show support for US troops today in Brookfield wrapping care packages to be sent overseas.

Hunzinger Construction Company invited the Governor.

For 10 years, the company's been sending over personal supplies.

Their Troop Care Package program has sent 42 tons, or 84,000 pounds, of supplies since 2006.

It all started with just one soldier, but the list has grown tremendously.

Now the company donates supplies four times a year to more than 100 military units.

Governor Walker invested $500,000 in the victory spark program to help get veterans training and high-demand jobs.
