MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Look for some high-spirited times this weekend at Destination Kohler. It's time for the annual "Food and Wine" event. One drink showcased will be Peerless Whiskey from Louisville, Kentucky. This craft product is 109 proof and is said to "go down smooth!" The head distiller will be giving a talk on how this type of liquor has a place in the Badger State, right next to beer, especially this time of year.
The weekend whiskey session at Kohler is this Saturday between 2 and 3 pm. Tickets are still available. Click here to buy them.
