A new neighbor is moving into Milwaukee's Harambee Community.
Bader Philanthropies broke ground today on its new office space near Concordia and MLK.
It organizes funding for programs that improve the quality of life for Wisconsinites.
For this build, Bader's President and CEO says the company is continuing its tradition of supporting all communities.
"We made a real effort and are making a real effort to hire from the community, the African American community, hire from the neighborhood to make sure this project gets build and developed, that it represents the love and compassion from the center of the city," said Daniel Bader.
Bader announced its move from the Third Ward last August.
