Archdiocese of Milwaukee bankruptcy case to be put to a vote

After years in the courts, the bankruptcy of the Milwaukee Archdiocese case was set before a federal judge Thursday.

Attorneys must explain to their creditors several different issues in their bankruptcy reorganization plan. First, they must explain why the sexual abuse victims are being split up into categories with the intention of only paying some of the victims. They must also prove why they aren't borrowing more money from their cemetery funds.

CBS 58's Lila Carrera reports.
