MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--We dodged a bullet on Friday. Severe weather was mainly south and east of us. But you know it's only a matter of time before our luck runs out for the season. Meantime, we have a fairly nice weekend to look forward to, especially with the temperatures. Highs will be near 60. Any showers should exit Saturday morning as well. Winds will gust to 30 mph at times during the weekend. Expect northwest winds on Saturday becoming southwest for Sunday.
Another reminder before going to bed Saturday night. It's time to change the clocks ahead an hour. Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday at 2 AM. This means you gain an hour of daylight into the evening. In fact, sunsets will be getting closer to 7 PM in the coming days.
However, it looks like our spring feel won't last too long. I expect highs in the 40s by midweek along with a few bouts of wintry mix, mainly mid to late week.
