5-year-old Waukesha girl calls 911 after someone borrows scooter without saying sorry

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 5-year-old girl in Waukesha called 911 after someone borrowed her cousin's scooter without permission.
The person later returned it but the little girl got mad when they didn't apologize.
She called 911 to explain the situation.
Officers went to her house and talked to her about proper use of 911 in the future.
