41-year-old man shot and killed near Sherman and Villard

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Milwaukee police say a 41-year-old man was fatally shot near Sherman and Villard Saturday, Jan. 9.
Police say it happened around 4:22 a.m.
The shooting appears to be the result of an argument, according to a news release.
No arrests have been made.
