27-Year-Old Woman Stabbed Near 5th and Maple

MILWAUKEE - A 27-year-old Milwaukee woman was treated for a non-life threatening stab wound following a fight Wednesday night. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the woman was involved in an altercation around 8:10 PM near S 5th and W Maple Streets Wednesday. A knife was produced and she was stabbed. The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated for her wound. One person on the scene was arrested on a warrant not related to the stabbing. The incident continues to be investigated.
