UWM moves on, beat Detroit

The UWM Panthers defeated the Detroit Titans 83-73 in the first round of the Horizon League tournament Tuesday at the U.S. Cellular Arena.
Senior Jordan Aaron led the Panthers with 16 points. Junior Steve McWhorter added 15 points and seven rebounds for the Panthers.
The Panthers will face the winner of Valparaiso/Illinois-Chicago Friday in the second round.
