Justin McCray named week 1 starter

Packers head coach, Mike McCarthy announced Thursday that Justin McCray has earned the week 1 start at right guard for the Packers as they open their season against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. McCray made eight starts in 2017 at three different positions for Green Bay, including right guard. He will help round out the offensive line with Corey Linsley, Bryan Bulaga, David Bakhtiari and Lane Taylor. The starters did not play a single snap together in the Packers preseason due to injuries.

Kickoff is at 7:20 pm Sunday, at Lambeau Field.
