Milwaukee Police: 56-year-old woman shot and killed near 28th and Ruby

Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Friday morning near 28th and Ruby.
Investigators say a 56-year-old woman was shot just after 8 a.m. while sitting in a vehicle. She was taken to a local hospital where she died.
No suspects are in custody. Police say they are still in the early stages of the investigation, but do not believe the shooting was a random act.
