MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Step inside a storybook to Unicorn World. A mom and dad wrote the story for their two kids, and last year they turned that story into a real-life experience.

"An evil magician comes in and steals everybody's magic and power, with the exception of Sprinkles; she is our hero, along with the other two children of the book," said Phillip Gootee, the show director.

It's now a place where thousands of other families are creating magic together. This is Unicorn World's first stop in Milwaukee after visiting dozens of other cities.

"I always say it's for the young to the young at heart, so whether you have kids or not, it's still fun to come out and experience the magic," said Gootee.

Unicorn World will be at the Baird Center Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Tickets are $26 and need to be purchased ahead of time.
