(SAUKVILLE) - With acres of prairies, wetlands, and a river that runs through it, the Riveredge nature center is much more than a beautifully restored natural sanctuary. It's a place bringing the great outdoors to families, schools and neighborhoods. And now, more than a half-century after this big dream was realized Riveredge is embarking on a new chapter.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, we take you to Ozaukee County just two miles northeast of Newburg where everything's coming together for this fall's first class of students at the Riveredge Outdoor Learning Elementary School.
