WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- When living in Wisconsin in the middle of February the idea of taking a dip into the icy waters of Lake Michigan probably doesn't sound too appealing. But it's a daily routine for Justin Galloway, a Whitefish Bay man who likes to "get after it."
