UPDATE: GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Glendale Police say they arrested a 19-year-old Bayside man on the roof of one of the restaurants at Bayshore Town Center.
Investigators say they also found a BB gun.
Around 7:00 Monday night, reports came in about an active shooter. Police say no one was ever in danger and nobody was hurt.
The case is now being forwarded to the District Attorney's office.

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person is in custody following an active shooter incident that was reported at Bayshore Mall.
According to police, the lone suspect has been located.
The suspect was taken into custody by Glendale Police without incident.
Police have confirmed that the weapon recovered at the scene was a bb gun pistol.
No one was injured in this incident.
There is currently no danger to the public.
The roads were briefly closed around Bayshore Town Center but have since been reopened.
GPD responded to an active shooter incident at Bayshore Mall. Suspect located and is in custody. No one injured. More info when appropriate.
