RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- This was the scene today, June 18, at the Racine Walgreen's at the corner of Memorial and State, after a driver crashed into a driver crashed through the building early this morning.
This is a photo of the damage left behind.
Racine County News/Scanner
People talked to CBS 58 and say it was a wild scene - but it's not exactly surprising.
They say it's pretty common for people to speed through that area.
"It's not the first time, there's always crashed, it's normal on north," said Ted Quiroz who lives nearby.
As for the 26-year-old who was driving, he was taken to the hospital and has been ticketed for a first OWI offense.
