455 Burglaries Occurred in West Allis in 2016

There were 455 burglaries in West Allis in 2016 compared to 388 in 2015, according to West Allis Police Department’s crime report.

According to West Allis Police, 66 of the total burglaries occurred at commercial buildings and 154 of the total burglaries occurred at garages.

Also, 210 of the total burglaries did not involve forced entry, indicating a door/window was left unlocked and/or open.
