Body Found on Lake Monona Shore

A body was found on the shore of Lake Monona Tuesday morning.
Dane County authorities say a passerby found the body around 2 AM.
Earlier, they said an empty boat found Friday morning is believed to belong to 68-year-old Larnal Friend, a Milwaukee man who was reported missing after not returning from a fishing trip.
Deputies say that boat was launched Thursday night.
It didn't appear to have any damage when it was found.
