One Man Dead Following Shooting in Brown Deer

A suspect is in custody following fatal shooting in Brown Deer Monday night.  According to the Brown Deer Police Department, the suspect was arrested on the scene of the fatal shooting at the Algonquin Senior Community Apartments in the 5000 block of West Bradley Road.   The Police received a report of one man being shot  just after 10 PM.  When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man had been shot.  He was transported to the Froedtert Hospital by the North Shore Fire Department, but was pronounced dead on arrival.  The suspect was still on the scene when the Police arrived and the initial investigation found that the victim and the suspect were known to each other.    No other persons were involved in the incident.  The Brown Deer Police are continuing to investigate the shooting.
