Kenosha Police Department Identifies Body Found After Brush Fire

The victim of the death investigation has been identified as 39 year-old Kenosha resident Steven Kortright.

Kenosha Police Department responded on Thursday with the Kenosha Fire Department to the 4500 block of Kennedy Drive in reference to a brush fire. 

When the fire was extinguished officers located a burned body. 

Kenosha Police said they do not believe there is a danger to the public and the incident remains under investigation.
