Driver dies after crashing into parked car, tree

Racine Police responded to an accident on the 1900 block of 12th Street around 2:45 AM Saturday.
A 24-year-old driver was going east when he struck a legally parked vehicle.
The car kept going and hit a tree on the parkway.
The car was severely damaged and the driver was taken to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital.
He was then transferred by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital where he later died.
