Milwaukee police are investigating fatal shooting overnight

The Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 10:00 p.m. Sunday night in the 3700 block of W. Ruby Avenue.   A 19-year-old man was involved in a fight with a known actor when someone else fired shots striking and killing the victim. Investigators are following up on information to identify the suspects, but no one is in custody at this time.

Earlier in the evening, around 8:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of S. 19^th Street, a 24-year-old man was shot, suffering a serious injury, but he is expected to survive.  The circumstances of the shooting are unknown and no suspects are in custody.
