Rory McIlroy to compete at Whistling Straits

Rory McIlroy told ESPN on Monday he's 100% and will return to compete at the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin.
Rory McIllroy had suffered from a ligament damage in his left ankle playing soccer with friends on July 4.
This will be his first championship competition since the injury.
He will tee off Thursday at 1:20 PM.
