Closing arguments begin Thursday for Kris Zocco case

Closing arguments in the Kris Zocco child pornography case begin Thursday. Zocco faces 17 counts of possession of child pornography.

The defense made it clear Tuesday that they are not disputing the fact that there was child porn on the Zocco's external hard drive.

The big question is whether or not Zocco put child pornography there, or if he even knew it existed. Defense attorneys also asked when the last time those files were viewed.

Police seized those electronics from him during their search for information on the disappearance of Kelly Dwyer. Zocco has not been charged with anything related to her disappearance.
