Flurry of NFL free agent activity includes Jackson to Falcons
by WDJT Sports

The NFL's free agent market has wasted no time in heating up.

Among the flurry of moves Thursday was Steven Jackson's signing a three-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons. The Packers were among the teams rumored to have interest in Jackson, generally regarded as the best running back available this offseason.

Matt Cassel signed with the Vikings, and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is now a member of the Broncos.

Free agency began Wednesday with several big names, including Wes Welker, changing teams.
