Woman dies when her car crosses centerline and collides with SUV in far north Wisconsin

An early morning car wreck left a 45-year-old woman dead and a 32-year-old man injured on Sunday in Iron County, Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on US Highway 51 at County Highway CC in Iron County just before 3 a.m. on Sunday.
When police arrived, they observed the woman was already deceased. The man was taken to a hospital in Ironwood, Michigan with non-life threatening injuries.
The names of the woman and man are currently being withheld pending notification of their families.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is conducting the investigation and reconstruction of the crash.
